Very large great white teeth The white one is from The Edna Valley Bone Bed, Pismo Formation, about 3.5 million years old. (rare site) length is 2 3/8 inches, a few nicks on the blade. Two extra large Mako teeth from the Hawthorne Formation, Age about 20 million years. South Carolina, coast. The tooth on the left measures 2 7/8 inches and is about perfect. Very large for mako! The tooth on the right with the rich brown color is even a little bigger than the other. It measures 3 inches, the root is eroded, the enamel is perfect, one tiny edge chip near the root.
